Direct Model Management

Horrible modeling agency with horrible people like Mykola and her boyfriend "accountant" Atif. They are rude and scammers. These people will steal your money you have worked for and rarely pay you. Stay away!

I loved working for Mykola, she is a great booker. I worked, i got paid, and she brought me many opportunities such as my connections to go over seas to London, where I am now working and booking full time. I have Mykola to thank for that opportunity :)

Mykola is wonderful! She has set me up on quality test shoots, has paid me in the time that was originally negotiated and has sent me on castings with the best that fashion has to offer. When I had a moment of doubt Mykola was encouraging me to continue pushing forward. Mykola is very sincere and hard working. Thank you and shout out Tracey for being so wonderful as well!

I've worked in the NYC area , on the fashion scene, for over 9 years. One of my first GREAT encounters was with Direct and Mykola Webster. I was encouraged by the efficiency and courteous nature of Mykola and her assistant at the time. The Direct team made test shoots fun and reliable and the atmosphere at Direct was always upbeat and positive. I've also worked with Direct as an assistant casting agent. I've learned so much and will be forever grateful for the motivation and guidance I've received from Mykola. Direct will always be my go to NY agency.

This modeling agency is horrific! Mykola Webster and her shady boyfriend Atif Joseph are in charge of this very unprofessional agency. They are extremely dishonest and will hold your check and rarely pay you. Many models left already due to lack of payments and given slim opportunities to meet clients. Don't waste your time working with them!

Direct model management is a rip off. Do not work with Mykola Webster and her so called accountant/ boyfriend Atif Joseph. They don't like to pay their models. They will hold your check as long as they can. Mykola like to say we pay our models but we are just not obligated to pay you after 90 BUSINESS day. Yes business days now make the count. That's about 4-5 months. Now let's not forget there are some other "agency fees" every month they will figure out to put on while you are waiting on your check! I have spoken to a couple models who also worked/ some still unfortunately in a contract with them. Everyone I have spoken to were/ are very unhappy. They totally take advantage of their models and it is very frustrating to work with them!!! You will not make money at Direct model management you will loose money. Girls be please be AWARE!!
