John began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney, prosecuting criminal matters involving drug offenses and sensitive cases in the Special Victims Unit. He also traveled to elementary schools, teaching basic elements of criminal law to students.

Sandra's commercial litigation practice includes breach of contract and employment disputes. As national and regional coordinating counsel, she coordinates with clients and counsel across the country to develop consistent and effective litigation strategies, including developing coordinated discovery, case work ups, trial strategies, and cultivating a proud corporate story. Sandra has significant experience with trials, trial preparation, arbitrations, mediations, and negotiating dismissals and settlements.
Jennifer is a founding partner of Darger Errante Yavitz & Blau LLP. Immediately prior, she was a founding partner of Darger & Errante LLP. Her practice includes the defense of complex product liability and toxic tort litigation, including asbestos, pharmaceutical and mold cases. Jennifer also has extensive experience litigating and negotiating corporate and real estate disputes.

He has represented a major international bank in a trade finance dispute in federal district court, which resulted in a verdict in excess of $23 million on behalf of the client.
