WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

I’m extremely upset with the new service at this center. My child is been a patient since she started to use glasses in 4th grade, she is now in high school, her glasses needed to be changed, she has them for the past 2 years, and literally she ‘can’t see with them no more’, they broke and I had to use crazy glue in for her to go to school every day. Explained all this to the not so nice guy at the front desk, told him I have an appointment for the 29th but she needs attention and he said the Dr will not see her, He did not even try to take my # to see if anyone cancel, or to explain the situation to my child’s Dr.(according to him, he could get in trouble with the Dr. for passing on this message), or to let me speak with the Dr. He said that if was so urgent for me to take her to the ER!!!!!

As I said WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!
