        The apartments are great. The live in supers are amazing. The management company is HORRIBLE! There is no internal communication therefore it is extremely difficult to get anything accomplished. Everything is drawn out and their people are very very rude. I have lived there almost three years and as long as there are no problems it's a great spot and a great location. But as soon as there is a problem the management company is horrid. Don't let them fool you with the fact that it is a no fee management company. One cannot put a price on the headache and frustrations they put their tenants through. It is common talk amongst tenants in the elevators amongst neighbors and in the laundry room. Bottom Line Done Live here!!!
