Banca Intesa

This is the second time that my Italian pension has been sent trough the Intesasanpaolo bank.My Pension should be pay the 3rd of the month (every two months)I was provided with informations that the 30th of August the money was provided, to be forward to my address in California so The Ck will be arriving on time.The CK was cut the 3rd of September, and hold ( I do not believe accidentally) until *supposedly until September 13 (when the envelope was stamped). Did not received the envelope with CK until September 19 (it make me believe that the letter was "HOLDED" extra time.It seams that it must be a common "habit" for this bank to "USE" the money for close to a month. Practice that most of banks limit to maximum of a week.Today is the 19 of October and "THE CK IN IN THE MAIL".At this point I feel ashamed to be an Italian.MR Mauro Mucillo should be proud of being Italian too, but only for the share holder.One time can be an isolate accident, twice is a dishonest habit.I used to think that the lawyers where the most dishonest category.Now I stand corrected. Shame on you.L G
