I was worried about having a sinus lift before an implant. I couldnt have the implant without it. It was a difficult tooth for implant and the sinus lift would also be a challenge. Dr. Engebretson did the procedure with skill and sensitivity. I did not have any pain and the healing went well. Dr. E and Dr. Urankova are a great team and have to be one of the best dentists in the city!

I feel that my teeth are healthier than they have ever been. I feel confident that if I develop a problem, it will be addressed and treated in the best possible way. I like the emphasis on prevention.

I have been afraid to go back to the dentist for a long time due to the extent of my dental work and fear of the dentist has been severe, but seeing Dr. Urbankova was great at explaining everything and her techniques really helped out. her staff is wonderful and very helpful!

I avoided going to the dentist for a long time. Dr. Urbankova not only made me physically comfortable in her beautiful office, she took the time to speak with me and thoroughly explain my tooth condition. She is probably the most caring and thoughtful dentist I have been to. I appreciate every moment she spent with me and can't wait for my next appointment. Highly recommend!

My overall experience has been great. Although I am not a fan of the dentist. Dr. Urbankova makes you feel very comfortable. She is thorough in explaining what she has in mind for your care and she listens to see if you are comfortable with her overall plans. I love the staff. They are very friendly and you always greeted with a smile.

Everything went extremely smoothly and comfortably. I almost fell asleep while biting down on the mould (like I did once before).

Dr. Alice Urbankova, whom I've been visiting for dental work for four years, has once again helped saved my teeth and gums. She is extremely professional and a real perfectionist, as well as being very informative, understanding and kind. She is very thorough and spends a lot of time with the patient. She is also very much on the cutting edge with the latest treatments.

My experience with Dr. Urbankova and her team was nothing short of amazing - I had seen another dentist a couple of weeks prior to meeting with Dr Urbankova who told me I needed periodontal scaling and cleaning treatment - a cost of approx $2000 - after researching online I found the laser periodontal cleaning offered by Dr Urbankova - who said I was borderline for that treatment (root planing and scaling) and with regular laser cleaning this could be prevented. I cannot thank her enough!!

I'd need a thesaurus for all the wonderful adjectives I could use to describe my experience. Dr. Urbankova is like a choreographer of the mouth, her hands are balletic on the tooth. She's forward thinking about dentistry and you can truly feel that you're mouth will benefit from years to come from her work.

The office is so clean and calm. The staff is so professional and professional. Ariel is an angel, true to her name. Dr. Alice inspires confidence and is so friendly, personable and she really knows her stuff I've traveled eight hours round trip to be treated by her and it's one of the best decisions i've made in a long time.

Overall great visit. Dr. Alice explained everything thoroughly. The staff was really nice and the office is clean and doesn't smell like a "dentist office". I will be returning.
