My name is William Barber i worked for Exxon mobil and the company was bought out by GLOBAL OIL COMPANIES LLC.

On December 30th 2010 i was in a serious accident on the dock of global oil and have been 100% disabled since then. I have seen many doctors and have been put on disability at 100% now chartis has stopped all monies coming in and i am about to lose my home and everything i have worked for, i have 4 kids and a grand daughter and i am also a veteran of IRAQ 2005,2008-9 and now i am being told i am a lier and a fraud and with all the doctors and their write ups it clearly states i am 100% disabled. After being told by my case worker to get an attorney all has stopped now i live with extreme pain and numbness from the waist down and chartis will do nothing to help now i see my doctor on my own insurance and i cant even afford to pay my copay of $25.00 i have no money to even pay my childrens bills,my children are eating cold cerial for dinner and at times my wife and myself go without eating all because of a lawyer who has called me a fraud now i have to wait for a federal hearing and that has stopped all my physical therapy and doctors appointments and like my doctor has said that i am slowly deterioating and what chartis is doing to me is so wrong that my wife and i are seperated because of the stress and tension they have caused. my life has been turned upside down i stand guard at night so my only vehical is not taken away from me because i will have no way of getting to my doctors. my life has been turned upside down and now i am loosing my family.i have investigators following me and my family wherever we go. i came home from serving the country i so very much love and was diagnosed with PTSD and TBI. and now my PTSD is so bad that all the fighting me and my wife of 28 years is now falling apart......what needs to be done is chartis needs to step up because now i am over 17000 in debt my credit rating is so bad i will never be able to recover until they realize what they have done. my phone has been shut off my home is in dire need of repair i have storm damage that is in the thousands of dollars and my children spend more time away from home because with no phone ,tv or internet and NO FOOD or even the basic bag of chips. the way this works is that chartis is trying to force me back to work or even sneak around to try and make a couple of dollars to try and live. my job will not take me back because i'm a liabilty and it's really hard to do my job when you use a cane to just walk to your mailbox. why is chartis doing this why are they destroying my family why are they treating me like a domestic terrorist i have done nothing wrong i have done everything they have told me to do. they cut me off because i missed a doctors appointment due to a blizzard that we had this past winter and hurricane sandy almost ripped my roof off the house now there is 2 large tarps to keep the water out of my home my walls have mold on them now because i have no money to repair the damage. if there is anyone at chartis who actually reads these reviews please help i have done nothing wrong and i'm being punished and loosing my family. we have been cut off since March of 2013. so my star rating is a 5 for the destruction of a hard working family.
