          Overall

          I ordered a birthday cake at an estimated price of $85 to discover THREE days before I needed the cake that they want me to pay $200-$250 for this cake!



          The customer service, catering department, and store manager were all rude and unhelpful. Not thinking for a second that they did something wrong and giving me the excuse that whoever gave me the estimate did not know what the cost was and only the pastry chef knows. Well then the pastry cheff should give the estimate in the first place.



          Mind you this is after I sent the person giving me the original estimate a photo of the cake asking him to confirm that after lookign at this picture this is the correct estimate.

          I also walked into the University Place store to ask for an estimate from the manager of the pastry department there and her estimate was $120-$150. So why was I told $200-$250??



          If I could give them zero starts I would.
