Whenever I fly on from LA on a red eye the first thing I do is head to Absolute Bagels to get the real thing!

Will make a sesame whole wheat but not an everything whole wheat bagel?!?

Moved uptown and the bagels may be OK here, but how silly is it that they will make Sesame Whole Wheat bagels but refuse to make Everything Whole Wheat bagels?? The bagels aren't THAT good. Tal Bagels didn't make them either when I first asked, but now they are made every day. Everything bagels are the best, but you can get a little nutritional value when you go whole wheat. The guy at this place is crazy to just say no....I order about 3 dozen at a time every few weeks. I guess I'll trek back down to my old neighborhood and give Tal the business!

I wonder if the owner of this establishment knows how they turn away business?
