Dumont Masonic Home is a nonprofit residential health care facility serving senior citizens, and is located in New Rochelle, N.Y. Established in the 1800s by the Ninth Manhattan District, a fraternal group of the New York State Freemasons, its team of geriatric clinicians design treatment plan consistent with the patients lifestyle and health needs. Registered nurses assess and monitor progress while providing comprehensive care. Its 24-hour skilled nursing care includes ventilator and respiratory therapy, rehabilitation, Alzheimer s disease and related dementia care, tracheostomy and ostomy care, wound management and intravenous therapy. Its comprehensive medical care team includes physicians and nurses, geriatric psychiatrist and psychologist and dental care.
