Too bad I can not leave no star.The bartenders working there have no moral compass.The way I was treated was heart breaking and despicable, therefore I HAD TO RESIGN.This bar uses dancers as disposable diapers, therefore the bar have never enough dancers who a re willing to work there,ALL DANCERS QUIT FOR THE SAME REASON I DID. I separate business from pleasure and I refuse to kiss anybody's ass, or to give my pay to the bartenders, nor kiss customers,nor flash my vagina for money at the club or have sex with customers outside of the club).The person responsible for dancers overall bookings(Nancy) would refuse to give me any bookings but expected me to be available to work the same day when other dancers cancelled their booking or the bar did not have a dancer booked.Nancy (one of the bartenders) would called me 2 hours before starting of a shift and expected me to be available on a call, 24/7 to work the same day meanwhile other dancers who just pretend to be the bartenders' friends would get 15 or more bookings per month.Also, I was not allowed to work on Friday as I was told by one of the customers who spoke to the owner,who bartends on Fridays.Instead of appreciating my loyalty and availability every time the bar needed me,I was treated as a desperate loser who does not even deserve to get bookings(I would also get paid less than other dancers),(Sheila,another bartender who has a child with the owner) would cancel my booking (depending on her daily mood with the owner),or my birthday party for example 3 days prior, she would cancel my booking and gave my shift to her friend). I also was expected to work just for tips without getting paid, and bring a food for free, when the bar had a party so they did not have to pay for catering.SO WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS!!!! As you can see,this bar is a running family business very badly, and I wonder if the bartenders KNOW THE MEANING OF WORDS TRANSPARENCY,INTEGRITY AND LOYALTY. Nancy and Sheila: u need a big REALITY CHECK.
