New Providence Tire

Don't use this company.... Dishonest and does not stand by there work.. There are plenty of honest auto repair establishments right in new providence. Since there was a request for details... Here are the bullet points
* I bought a high end tire and within 12 months & 6,000 mi it had a bubble in the sidewall
* I went to ask for warranty replacement. I was told there was NO warranty and I needed to pay for full replacement
* I called Tire manufacturer and was told that was not true and there was a 1yr road hazard plus 6 yr manufacturer defect warranty
*still NPT would not honor and tire manufacturer sent me to another tire dealer up the street and they honored the warranty even though i bought the tire from NPT ....
If anyone would like to see the documentation in regard to the proof of this i will be happy to furnish for your reading pleasure along with the better business bureau and division of consumer affairs.

Expect to find only a professional,ethical and honest approach and performance here. I am sure that the entire truth behind Mr. Mellusi's comment has not been divulged by him and I would put no stock therein..

The staff at New Providence Tire and Auto are competent and very helpful. They take care of the cars for most of the people I know in town. I have several vehicles and would go NOWHERE else. My vintage car broke down a few weeks ago, and they assisted me over the phone to get me home, and promptly took care of the problem.

Possibly the nicest staff and best service I have ever received from a repair shop. Honest, fair pricing. Go out of their way to take care of my car and my wife's car so that we have safe rides. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are great guys and do good work. Most importantly, the service is done right and at a very fair price.
