Radiance Clinque Med Spa

This business should be ashamed of themselves. I bought a massage certificate from them at Christmas time through Pamper Me Deals. My wife tried calling 3 times within the first month to schedule her massage and they never returned the calls. Now she tried to use it before the expiration date and they told her the massage therapist quit and they cannot honor it. They offered a different service (an abrasion or something like that) which she has no interest in. Their response was "That is all we can do, take it or leave it". Please do not frequent this business or waste your time or money with a owner/manager that is dishonest and cannot treat customers correctly. Doing the right thing for $29 is much easier than ruining your reputation.

I have had a very disappointing experince with this Med Spa. I had Radiance treatments for lines around the mouth that didn't last as the advertising claimed. They said 12-18 months with a touch up at 12 months. It lasted 3 months! When speaking with the Dr. Su about the problem, he said he doesn't guarantee, or the manufacturer. So I was out $1700.00!!

I am trying thru my credit card to dispute this amount, but Dr. Su sent a very discouraging letter back to them, saying alot of things that were not true, just to get out of this. So beware of promises that their advertising makes, and their office manager (salesperson).
