Qualified Property Management

We got Qualified involved with our community after researching how other condos were run. After years of neglecting our documents and by-laws we realized one day that we had lost all control of the entire community. We had no power to enforce the community rules, properly collect dues, or the funds to keep the buildings properly maintained.

After visiting some friends who had beautiful facilities I inquired as to how much they paid in dues, to my great surprise it was less than I paid. I got our other board members involved to do some research and found that Qualified Property managed their facilities.

After an extensive interview process, witnessing first hand their work, and listening to other customers we decided to move forward and sign up. Its now our second year and we could not be happier.

If you are unhappy with the way your condo is run, don't sit by and let it fall apart. Do your homework and make a change.

Nobody likes to be told what to do or how to do it, but that's what you sign up for when you live in a Deed Restricted Community. Everybody likes a clean neighborhood, club house, swimming pool, tennis courts, etc... but to maintain those amenities, dues have to be paid and the rules followed. Qualified Property has done a great job on enforcing the rules of our community (that we all agreed to.)

I'm not on the board in my community, but I attend the meetings and see their job. It's a time consuming and thankless job that I have no interest in, but it needs to be done. Thank goodness that we have QPM in there to help stretch our association dollars and keep MY neighborhood looking like it did the day I moved in. Since the economy has gone downhill and foreclosure on the rise and I know a lot of other communities that show neglect. Thanks to a good board and great help from Qualified Property, we're in good shape.

Rude, they do almost nothing, Things break you mail them, just about never get back to you. When they do they say it will be fixed but there are things broken over 2 months still not corrected . HOA rules that are there are not enforced, there is always a reason. Last company that managed this place had no problems getting things fixed or homeowners to comply with rules.

Really wonderful people. We had a lot of issues with our old management company, but they were able to come in and turn everything around for us. Our community could not be happier.

Right to the point, just like their business with our association. No muss and fuss, they do what they are paid for and more. More than qualified for any job.

I m retired but I also want to make sure my association is taken care of and managed properly, so I m on the board... QPM lets me do both. Hire them. Matt-

This is a great company to work for, they are loyal and generous. Ive only been here a couple months, and I'm only an assistant, but Mary the CEO knows me by name and has even taken the time to compliment my work. Most of my coworkers have been with the company for years, and I am grateful to have been hired here.

After 12 years with the same management company we decided to switch to Qualified. We had a board replacement and the new members asked the previous management company for a report of what they had done over the last year - as it turned out, they had slowly switched all outside contractors to their company in the 12 years of business with us, used family members as "3rd party" contractors, and in the end tried to force the board out of any decision making by using a loop hole in their contract.



Thanks to QPM we were able to save our community, and save our $$$!

After serious consideration (from 5 board member and myself) my association decided to enlist the services of QPM. It has been 3 years now and we are just as satisfied with our decision as the day we signed. Take your time, investigate, and interview if you are looking for a quality company to assist with the management of your HOA; then put Qualified Property Management on your list. You won't be disappointed!

The board I'm on is only over 125 units, but QPM treats us like the big communities. We had some problems a few years ago with keeping up to date on State regulations and ordinances, QPM was able to advise us on the right course of action and even provided training.



I'm sure that for our size we are probably one of the bigger thorns in their sides with all of the questions and needs we have, but their staff always treats us with respect.
