        SIMPLY THE BEST t!!!! We have used this company many times over the last 10 years. When our mother (77 years old) decided to sell her NJ home and move to Pasco Florida we knew Karen (owner of Pasco Title) was our only choice. Her experience and attention to detail made this move for our mother perfect. Karen has always gone beyond the call and our entire family would highly recommend her and her company to all.

        Would highly recommend. Getting to closing was a nightmare because of our lender, but Pasco Title kept me updated and calm all the way through. Had to close at last minute because of the bank, Pasco Title agreed to stay late so we could close and keep our interest rate locked. Thank you to them! Mr. J. Flannagan
