The wait time is INSANE the staff runs around like chickens with their heads cut off. (he just began the other things a few yrs back) Try getting your meds faxed BC he is a PRIMARY CARE DR is not EVER easy takes sometimes weeks to get them excuse me not faxed E scripted to your pharmacy. Thats the staffs insanity. I will say Dr, Ramos will take time to tal with you and take his time. The office manage for the office is a snotty rude B. Needs to start treating patients lie humans not numbers.They will make 5 appointment's for the same time so if you go be prepared to sit a long time. I am talking at least 3, 4, 5 ,6 maybe more hrs. SMALL OFFICE VERY SMALL. The staff only a few girls are very very nice but the rest act as if your below them. The med thing as I said is so insane so plan to call 100 times. Plus they shut the phones off so you cant call. I love Ramos but have to give his office a 1 star for dis organization and scolding of patients. Yes they scold you. Signed Very upset

I had lazer hair removal done at Dr. Ramos office and it was very successful. The technician was pleasant and the overall experience and results were great. Tina
