Arlenes Auto Transport

Stay far, far away from Arlene's Auto Transport. They failed to pick up my cousin's car from my house for over a week, after making promises, giving stories, and finally backing out. These promises and stories were when you could actually speak to them. I left several messages that were never returned. After this poor treatment I looked them up on SWFL BBB page and read several other stories of poor customer treatment.

I had my vehicle transported from CT to FL, and when it was delivered there was a large scratch on the passenger doors from front to rear. The scratch was obviously new, and the driver noted it on the paperwork and showed me how to submit a claim. I took photos and got an estimate and sent it in, just as I was advised to do. When I didn't hear from them two days later I called and spoke with Rich Gallagher who first left me on hold for 5 minutes, then told me there was "nothing he could do about it." This is a very unreliable company that I would NOT recommend.
