I have used her for 2 adoptions so far, and will use her for a third adoption. Whenever I had a bump in the road to my adoptions, I contacted her for help, and she never failed me. If I had questions I always called upon her. I trust her expertise, and has certainly proven she is among the best in the field.

We just completed our second home study with Donna through Adoption Home Study Services. We were very happy with both home studies. She was so helpful and connected us with resources that helped us to successfully adopt our first daughter. The agency makes the paperwork easy and she was quick to return messages and phone calls. The home study was completed within the time frame that she gave us and was of high quality. What we loved the most was that she made us feel comfortable and at ease. We were a nervous wreck and she made us feel like she was on our team and that we had found a new friend.

Ms. Bradley is very knowledgeable and experienced at doing home studies. She wrote a comprehensive study for my husband and I. She was very personable and enjoyable to work with. I feel that as an adoptive mother herself, she has personal knowledge as well as professional knowledge of adoption and can relate to the issues adoptive parents face. My husband and I definitely recommend her. We have had our study for a week and already have received one response from a case manager who liked our home study.

We contacted Donna in July 2015 to have her help us complete our home study. We had a previous one from out of state and she assured us it would be no problem to get a Florida one. She visited our home on July 23. It took her until November 21 to get the home study in the mail. Everything was given to her from our previous social worker -all we completed for her were a total of four documents. She rarely answered the phone and didn't return messages. It wasn't until we were at the point of demanding our money back that she produced the home study. Having said that, the home study had errors and to this day we are having to redo our third home study because of the mistakes that she made in the process. We basically paid her $1000 for absolutely nothing. Please do your homework on her before you hand over your precious adoption money. You could potentially cause yourself delays in your own adoption if you use her services.

Donna Bradley has been our social worker through three adoptions. The first being a 13 month old 12 years ago, then an almost 4 year old 9 years ago and an almost 14 year old 3 years ago. She is a top notch professional and will be there to not just tell you what you want to hear, but will tell you what you need to hear and know about the adoption process. She is always open to phone calls beyond business hours and is there to provide a listening ear and support from the very beginning. Donna will will become an extended part of your family for years to come. She is a mother in three ways, as a step-mother, mother to bio children and adoptive mom as well. She brings personal insight and many years of professional knowledge to her role as a social worker. She would be our first call if we were even thinking about adopting again.

Mrs. Bradley is very knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. I have enjoyed working with Donna at Adoption Home Study Services and would highly recommend her services for home study adoptions in Florida.
