Kingstons Property Maintenance

Evidently, the quality at Kingston's has gone down the drain. They have skipped our lawn three times, causing our civic association to threaten us with ten day cut letter at one point (they are back to lurking and watching our lawn grow to elephant grass heights again). Kristine, mentioned above, has been nothing if not nice, but nice without follow-through is useless. The husband was rude and careless the one time he was here, mowing down four newly planted pampas plants then laughing that they had looked like weeds to him. These folks baffle me as to why they are in business if not to please customers and rake in money, as opposed to abusing customers and losing money streams.

When I first met kristina on the phone, who is the owner, I felt very please with her adittude on the phone. I could tell that she was going to show up, unlike half the rest of companys. Im raving alot because once her husband and team came out and layed new sod for me, I really got to know them. They started the company in October 2010. They are a family oriented company with two kids of there own. Young but very excited about taking care of there customers. I will be a customer for life. Thanks for reading.
