Molly's

I'm hoping this site allows me to give Molly's nails on Franklin absolutely ZERO stars. I have never felt compelled to leave such a negative review regarding a service I've received, but the people at Molly's nails not only did a subpar job on my nails, but also lied to me regarding how long their gel manicure would hold up. I noticed cracks in the polish later in the day I'd gotten them done, and within 3 days my nails had chipped on almost every single fingernail. I went to the salon to hopefully have them fix the botched manicure and was told the breaking and chipping was caused by my nails growing out. In three days? When I got the gel manicure, I was told my nails would last around 28 days. However, when I went back in they said they never actually "promised" the manicure would last & were incredibly rude to me. Not only did they refuse to take any culpability, but only offered to fix my nails for another $30 something dollars. It's an understatement to say that I would neither recommend nor ever return to Molly's Nails.
