Based in New Orleans, La., the restaurant offers char-grilled lobster on the half shell with lobster beignets and cedar-smoked barbeque shrimp with goat cheese stone ground hominy grits. It serves country corned beef hash, steak and eggs, The Breaux Bridge Omelet, Scottish smoked salmon and Cajun-roasted potatoes.
