Be careful when using Hartwig Moss Insurance. They were eager to meet with me when I initially signed up with cash on hand, but any questions or concerns were met with "we'll get back to you" or long hold times.
When I finally changed my insurance company, I told them several times that I was not renewing with them and yet their correspondence became increasingly hostile. Finally, as if I could not read normal print the had to type it in ALL CAPS as if I were hard of hearing.
It is not a good company to deal with. I would go with Safeco or Century 21.
