Steve's Wrecker Service

I would not recommend this tow service. We were stranded on I40 out side of Sevierville, had called the police, to get help. The police advised to stay with our vehicle and they would send someone out. This tow service arrived before the police. It was not the tow company sent out by the police. But a tow service that monitors the police scanners. They had us loaded before the officer got there, took us to their garage and we sat there for 5 hours. He lied about having to order a part for our truck, dropped us off at some hotel. The next day he wouldnt return our calls, he didnt take it where we advised, but took it to a garage on Boyds Creek. We had to threaten him with the law to get him to tell us where he took it. When we finally located our truck there were some things missing from the engine area and were replaced with old useless parts. The garage he took it to knew nothing about fixing our truck and we finally found a reputable mechanic and tow service to fix it.
