Crooks. Told me he would have a tow truck in 45 minutes. 3 hours later still no truck so i canceled. Told him i didn't need it anymore and he still charged my card 500 dollars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Was Broken down on the Cross Bronx Expwy and they saved me a ton of money, got me off and brought back to their shop, courteous and professionals got me back on the road in no time

I was driving thru New York headed to New Hampshire and I broke down in white plains ny. Lakeville towing came out, towed me to their shop, got me a great rate on a hotel room and repaired my truck...Marc and Susan were great! All the guys were professional and courteous...I highly recommend these guys and girl if you ever need help with a heavy duty tow or repair.

I would like to give it "0" stars. Horrible experience. Just Horrible.You can walk or push your car with less aggravation. Just as close to highway robbery as possible. I called my auto club, they called them, gave them a PO, and they were to send a tow truck. The guy in the office calls to say we will come get you, where do you want to go? I say to my neighborhood garage. He offers to have it towed to his garage, and "have it ready by AM. I said no, I need it to be where, I basically "roll out of bed" and have it there. He offers to fix it right away and drive it 20 miles to me, I decline, and say I need it towed near me. He tells me "Gary" will come in 15 or 20 minutes, and gives me his number. flash forward 90 minutes later, still no truck. I call the main # AND ASK WHERE IS MY TOW? He NEVER dispatched the tow truck. He said something to the fact that he was already there, No, Never Came! I called "Gary" the driver. he said was never given the call, but could be there in 10-15 min, was just leaving LIJ, and was on the LIE. I called the auto club and said they never dispatched the tow truck, she said the man in the office accepted a PO, and had a contractual obligation to get me, it wasn't for them to negotiate with me where the car was or wasn't going. I had up to a 100 mile radius. I call the driver after another 15 minutes, he doesn't pick up. I call on my son's phone, doesn't pick up. I call the auto club they call the company and patch me through. I ask him where he is. he lies and says he is down the road, I know the road from beginning to end, and ask him, where exactly is he, doesn't know. I ask what do you see? houses, stores, Burger King, Td bank?. He vaguely says a park, I say "Oh, you are near this park, and you should be here in 20 blocks" I don't think that is the right park, he says, I say it is the ONLY park on this street. what else do you see?, then the call was "dropped". I start looking for him, in the direction of where he SHOULD be coming from, finally he speeds past me from the other direction, passes me 3 more times, and tells the dispatch he 'can't find me" Hello, I haven't moved in close to 2 hours, if he opened his eyes, and paid attention to where I said I was, I was exactly where I said I was, in the parking lot at the intersection. He calls dispatch and says he wont take me because I am irate. I have to promise the auto club I will not say anything else. he asks me where I want to take the car, and I say blank's garage, he says I can't go on the highway, thinking I would agree to let them take my car to their garage. Little did he know that I have a CDL, and know the law, I said you Can go on the Van Wyck, .Not a clue how to get where I wanted to go, even though he HAD a GPS. Thanks for making an upsetting night for my 2 kids even more upsetting. I plan on reporting them to the BBB, and the state. No one should have to go through such BS to get a tow, to bring their car to their own mechanic.
