My group of 41 people(disabled and non-disabled) had chosen to have lunch here after watching a show at the Apollo. From the moment that we walked in, I did not feel welcomed. I explained to one of the staff members that even though we arrived as a group, we would need separate receipts since we are from an organization. One could tell that she was already annoyed. Then, she approached some of the staff and advised them that we should have called before arriving - I did not know that Boston Market takes reservations???? On my receipt the name was Victoria but I am not sure if that was the women with these issues. It may be possible that my organization may not choose to dine there since I reported it to other coworkers who have lunch there, as well.

the place is hardly cleaned inside and the service is not with a smile but the food is ok regular boston market stuff..
