Omg! The end off March, I called to find out how much my pay off balance was if I mailed in the payment the next day. I was told a certain dollar amount so I went and got a postal money order and mail the next day. They receive my money order on April 1st. Today I called and spoke with Pauline and asked why I did not receive my title back yet, it has been over two weeks. She informed me that I still had a balance of $6.48. Never mind you my initial loan was only $800 I paid them close to $200 for 5 months and interest. So they've received close to $1000 in interest payment plus the $800 back from me. And they cannot waive the $6.48 balance that occurred because the mailman took a additional day to deliver the money order!?!? Also they could not call me and tell me that there was still money owed on my title I had to call them two weeks later which I'm sure some of that $6.48 was additional interest that occurred during that two weeks. Hmmm, customer service says a lot about a company! It's a shame they made a lot of money off me and have now lost me as a customer, all over $6.48.
