Flawless Studios

This is my second time visiting this salon within the past month the stylist are rude and do not greet customers as they walk-in. I was dissatisfied with the service I received and was charged an outrage amount for something I did not even like due to a break in communication. long story short I was a great customer who referred everyone and will not be returning.

Great salon , great atmosphere. I had a wonderful experience there when I went . I got my natural hair colored, cut & dyed and the stylist there did an excellent job on my natural hair. They were very professional and one of the best salons in de , that I went to . Now I love my hair & I feel flawless

Very loud environment. The front desk clerk was beyond annoying and confusing. She called me a hour in advance to confirm that I was gonna come and told me I was going to another person I didn't book with. She seems very animated. My stylist was overbooked when I got there and I waited forever to even get a appointment. Over all my stylist sewed my hair quick but she never asked me about taking care of my real hair. I won't be going again but the shampoo lady was clutch.

Everyone who I came in contact with was very nice and pleasant. However I was not that satisfied with the style that my hair was in. It seemed that the stylist was taking their time in styling my hair and being very meticulous but when I looked at my hair that was not the case. I wasn't too upset only because the cost wasn't too much. I would recommend going to this salon if your planning to get a sew-in or something along those lines. Everyone who I saw with a sew-in looked great but if you want your natural hair straightened this is not the place to go.
