Super rude front desk person. She had no tact whatsoever when talking to a client about her bill. I witnessed the whole thing while sitting with my mom. They may be good at what they do, but this member of their team ruined it.
Never going back.

Dr. Brooks is the best! We followed her from her other practice and willing to drive an hour to see her because she is so amazing! She saved my last dog’s life by diagnosing pancreatitis that 2 other vets had missed! She is worth the drive!

No one was available when my dog had an emergency. He had a lump on his face and an abscessed tooth!

This animal hospital is awesome! They take the time to help your animal and you for however long it takes! ALL of the professionals are so caring along with the Drs. I have lost 2 of my family cats within a year and they were with me all of the way in whatever I needed to support me with any decision I made. You will not be making a mistake by taking your pets to this facility as they will take care of all their needs and yours with caring and compassion. I am so glad they are there for our family!

What a wonderful buisness! they have great sevice and the workers have full knowledge of what they are doing. alot of the staff members are my close friends. the doctors are fully aware of what they are doing and explain everything so nyou can understand what is wrong and how to fix it without using long words that you have to be a doctor to understand. wonderful service and i will continue coming back and recommending it to fanily and friens for years to come :)
