I guess I should have read prior reviews. This guy took our money, said he needed to get parts and would be back, and disappeared. He won't return calls and has not come back. He is a ripoff artist and nobody should call him believing that he will fix anything!

Do not use this rude redneck POS. Actually had the nerve to tell me he was gonna whip my a$$ on the phone and then hung up on me!

Never use Tommy's Appliance repair, he promise to fix your appliance and all he does is guess how to do it, came twice to my house to repair a Refrigerator after 1st attempt it took him over one month to come back and when ask for refund he will never answer your calls, try to go in person but has no real office,the business address in the website is his home address in New Caney and his wife will tell you he doesn't live there anymore. Non trustworthy and unprofessional don't let this guy scam you. I wish the rating will allow me to put no stars I rate him 0
