This is worst post office for losing packages. We have had over $1000 worth of packages lost and stolen and we have dropped off packages we are sending in the drop off box for packages inside of post office and they never get scanned or leave the post office. How could so many packages disappear and never be found? It like dropping them off in to the black hole and never to be seen again. Talked to the Post Mater General about a year ago about our mail getting stolen for box and he said we could put a lock on our mail box and we went to post office and gave a key which the mail carrier did very well at putting our packages in our box. Now we have a new carrier and we had a package to be delivered a week ago which tracking showed there were 2 attempts to deliver but he refused to use the key. Now he has lost the package and acts like in never saw it. They really don't care. Going to take this higher. Fed up.

Overall

I sent two packages via international priority mail, (paid for tracking and insurance for both about 200$) three days ago. Unfortunately, I am able to track only ONE parcel, but Not the second one!

The person at USPS office scanned one box twice (receipt shows it), the other US Post office in San Antonio  didn't pick up a mistake, did not scan the package either. It just shows how the system corrupted!!!

 The manager promised to call me last night after I spent about an hour waiting for him to figure out what was going on.... He did not call me... it is the fifth or six time i have a MAJOR problem with our local post office. Nothing has changed ((((
