The Key Depot

She would say that they have the worst customer service, because she was with me when I "received' services from The Key Depot. Don't rely on them if you are stranded and don't have a spare key.

I had no idea who to use to have our home re-keyed, but I needed it done quickly as it was a security issue. I called the key depot at 4:30pm on a Monday and they not only answered their phone (no answering machines!), but the man I spoke with was friendly, gave me rates over the phone, and was able to have a technician out to my home the very next morning and told me who to expect by name. The technician (thanks Jim!) arrived in a well-kept van in uniform, handed me his business card immediately, and was very thorough and polite as he changed out our locks. He didn't mind my asking him a bunch of different questions, and even helped solve a mixed lock problem by moving some of our locks around, which saved a lot of money!! There were no surprises in my bill and I would absolutely recommend this company.

I guess professional, courteous service is not a thing of the past. Great work at a fair price. They send uniformed service techs that complete thier tasks quickly and neatly. I will use "The Key Depot" everytime I need a locksmith!

Ive been living here for over 27 years, and I've had to use locksmiths for my commercial properties, and my home. I started using The Key Depot about 7 years ago(REFERRED BY A BUSINESS ASSOCIATE) and I will never use anyone else. The technicians are uniformed, polite, highly trained, and I dont have to worry about there integrity. For instance, one of my commercial tennants had to use a locksmith, so they called a company out of the phone book. The locksmith showed up and quoted them 300$ to replace(broken lock) lock. My tennant then called me, I told them The Key Depot is the locksmith that handles my masterkey system and that they should call them. Well The Key Depot arrives and low & behold the lock was not broken. The technician(Danny) said it needed a 20$ part and total bill came out to being 75$. Great job Key Depot, you guys know what you are doing.
