Very Poor Customer Service

High Sierra obviously doesnot value the customers. We have a company that works with customers everyday and there are times that we do not agree with the customer but we always try to come to a common agreement. High Sierra did not try to work with us at all when we requested that the service vehicle not show up before 7:00 am and continued to be rude on the phone. I would never recommend their service to anyone even if they were the only company in this country! They need to rethink their customer service skills otherwise I don't expect them to be in business much longer.

This company is terrible and has very poor customer service! As I've been calling around looking for a replacement toilet I'v discovered from other toilet services that High Sierra has a poor reputation. Not surprised! Our toilet blew over in some high wind and when I was told they would be 3 days fixing it I asked if we got any money off for the 2 days we couldn't use the service. I was told no because it wasn't their fault. I assured the manager that I wasn't blaming them but like the cable company reimburses you when weather takes out your service, did they do that. She replied no, because if our computer went out the cable company wouldn't reimburse us. They weren't responsible for their toilet while I had it. Which didn't make sense to me since I own my computer and I'm just renting the toilet like I rent the cable service. I'm just asking:) So because I asked again just to make sure I understood correctly the manager told me that she was picking up my toilet and ending my service. (I'll get my money back for the days after they take the toilet away?) Apparently High Sierra has more business than they want and they don't need to be polite or friendly to their customers. By the way they also seem to look for any excuse not to clean your unit. And then if they miss a day you have to wait another week until they come back. Unless of course you want to pay an extra $25:) As the manager Jamie is in charge of the business I couldn't talk to the owner. You'll be glad to know we did get another toilet:)
