Lumbar Puncture: LP or spinal tap is an 'in office' procedure to evaluate cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). It can help diagnose multiple sclerosis, infection or CSF pressure problems.
Epilepsy
Dr. Davis moved to New Braunfels in 1992 establishing the first full-time neurology practice in the region. He is a general neurologist treating patients with Parkinson's disease, tremor, peripheral neuropathy, migraine headaches, dementia, epilepsy and stroke. He provides Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) for movement disorders such as tremor and Parkinson's disease. He also uses Botox for chronic migraine headaches, cervical dystonia, hemifacial spasm, blepharospasm, spasticity and contractures. Diagnostic testing such as electromyography, nerve conduction studies and electroencephalography are available in this office. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 5 children.
