Please use our experience as proof to NEVER purchase from this company. We ordered a mattress from JESSE CAMPOS and was told they would take away the old one upon delivery, and charged us $69.00. The driver showed up THREE HOURS LATE and refused to take the old mattress. He stated that "the salesmen will say anything to make a sale". I called the "customer care" phone number and was told that it is not guaranteed they will remove an old mattress. When asked why we were told that, their reply was "I don't know". We went back to the store in New Braunfels and have been told it could be SEVERAL DAYS to refund out money because they don't do that there. The "salesman" was there and avoided even making eye contact with us - his deceit being brought directly to account he in no way wanted to own up to it. They happily took our money under false pretense and when I said we would post a full review the manager Anthony said "whatever". Based on their 2.1 rating, it seems that is his response to most issues.

Service is poor. I brought my disabled husband who is in a wheelchair in to get a rocker recliner since his old one is too difficult to use now. He found one he liked and we set the sale up and were told that it would have to be brought in from another warehouse and would be in the following week. I asked about delivery and they said they do not deliver, so I made arrangements to pick it up. I got a call about 4 or 5 days later and was told it would not be in for another few days. Since I work, I could not get there until the following weekend. In the meantime, my husband has his wheelchair and his bed to use and nothing else. When I explained my situation and said I would be willing to pay for a delivery It still fell on deaf ears. They did not care.

I WAITED DAMN NEAR A WHOLE MOTH JUST TO GET MY COUCHES!... EVERY TIME I CALLED THEY GAVE ME DIFFERENT DATES AND DIFFERENT PROMISES I THOUGHT BY BEING A BIG COMPANY THEY WOULD BE EVERYTHING IN ORDER BUT THAT WAREHOUSE IS A JOKE... BAAADDD !!
