Worst Doctors Office I've ever visited

If I could assign zero stars I would. I'm in my 40s and this is by far the worst doctors office I've ever been to. I think they recently changed their name to Partner's In Primary Care. Whatever the case, I highly recommend staying far, far away from this place. Their staff up front are rude, they never smile and you can always count on waiting at least an hour (which I don't mind for good medical attention). Their doctors and PAs have been rude and rush you in and out like cattle. A specific example is when I went in to see Sharla Clark and my throat was so swollen I couldn't talk. My wife tried to explain what had been going on the last few days with my fever and pain since I really couldn't talk at all, and Sharla Clark literally stormed out of the room because the nurse who came back in said "she really wanted you to explain your own symptoms." Very unprofessional place. Find another doctor's office ASAP if you're new to NB.

I loved my doc, then I needed ...

I loved my doc, then I needed to communicate the incompitence of her front office and they refused to have her call me. Then because I was angry and demanded they have her call me they told me I should find another Doc because she doesn't have to call me back.

She wants them to handle it... it took them 6 weeks to let me know they couldn't get my records transfered because they couldn't remember what town to look for my doctor in... then it took 3 weeks to get a referral for pain managment because it's not their problem that they referred me to someone who decided to be on vacation for my first appt. (Dr. Miller- New Braunfels) so why should they care if I'm in pain everyday and have to wait another 4 weeks to see the doctor they referred me to.

If this is the way they (Allied and Smith-Knuppel) take care of their patients I'll find another Doctor who has an office staff that actually cares about their patients and can do the job they are being paid for - WHICH IS TAKE CARE OF YOUR PATIENTS....

I Love This Place

The doctors are very professional and very nice. They don't rush through you, they sit and talk with you and are very understanding of your needs. I have gone there for seven years now and I've never had a problem at all. I highly recommend this place for everyone!
