        Overall

        Paul's has done two alarm systems for me in the past ten years, plus several more for friends I've recommended, and all of us are super pleased. They are very knowledgeable, reasonably priced (they do not try to oversell), and are as responsive to emergencies as I could possibly expect. Highly recommended!

        Overall

        Called Paul's for a quote on installing some electrical work. After the receptionist spoke to the owner, they confirmed a day and time. I waited for 15 minutes and called several times with no answer and no showing. I never received a call back to apologize, needless to say I will never use their services.
