Williams Bros. Health Care Pharmacy

I receive my CPAP supplies from them and they are usually OK, but they failed to inform me in any way my prescription had lapsed. Now, I am stuck waiting for my Dr. to send them a new prescription while I try to sleep with a degrading mask pillow. But, I must say, they are much better than Gould's! At least WB did not try to squeeze me for money by billing me for a bill that was covered by my insurance, and then try to deny it when they were caught with their hand in the cookie jar like Gould's did! Overall, I have come to the point of not expecting much from any medical supply company! If there are good one's out there I wish I new where,.but they probably don't take my insurance anyway!

Billing department is an incompetent NIGHTMARE!! They need to be investigated for insurance fraud ! Finally paid the bill that was covered by insurance but they weren't billing correctly. My husband has used Goulds for years and never once had billing problems. Stay away from Williams Brothers!! People are rude and incompetent!
