Ray's Exhaust & Radiator

My 1997 ford f150 was misfiring. I had it scanned at AutoZone and Coil #3 was bad. I bought the coil and was going to change it myself. However, everything was in the way of Coil #3 and...so I went to see how much a pro would cost

I went to another shop and they wanted $80 to diagnosis the issue and they wanted to use a different coil. They said AutoZone coil's were garbage coils. Well....sounds like this guy wants to charge me a lot so I went to Rays and asked.

They had a guy call me and tell me it would be $120 to change it. I knew this was sort of high to change one coil, but he didn't make me pay $199 for a coil and then $80 to scan it ++

So, they changed it...it runs top notch. Did what I asked them to do. No complaints.

If I could give this guy less than one star I would. He is very discourteous and unprofessional. Plus his place is a dump.

This man is extremely vulgar and rude. Would never recommend his company. Go elsewhere.

I'm glad that i ck this guy out. I was thinking about taking my suv there but i change my mind when i read the reviews here. Thank god i did, I was talking to a friend that I haven't seen in a couple of weeks and he just happen to take his truck there and told me his story. This guy would not give an est. either but since he's been at that location for a while he THOUGHT he could trusted him, and did he ever pay the price for it, he was charged about 450--500 dollars more than it would have if he took it some where else. The guy even charged him to bring in another guy to finished the work because his BACK was hurting, if this isn't a scam then there's no Indiana. GOOD LUCK WITH THIS GUY IF YOU GO TO HIM!!!!!!!!!!!
