They almost let my wife die. They missed diagnosed her. I took her to another hospital and they rushed her to Jewish Hospital and she had open heart surgery.
I love my wife too much to ever take her back there. I definitely give them a very poor rating.

the best hospital I've been to, clark , jewish, suburban I always have seizures because they cant get my medication? come on, they could learn a lot from Floyd, and remember its important to have good cna's they do all the work!

I have been trying to contact their office every day for a week! wasted every one of my breaks on hold. The only time I got a human voice it was someone with an accent I couldn't understand! How can I make payment arrangements if I can't contact anyone?

this place sucks and is racist. if ypur in need of medical help and can go somewheres different i would strongly urge you to do so.

My 13 month old son twisted his leg & had to have x-rays, unfortunately we went to Floyd Memorial. After hours in radiation waiting room we were finally x-rayed. The Drs. said is was negative, We went on a trip to Hawaii based on that information. He was still unable to bear weight on it a week later so the Dr ordered more X-rays. Again a very long wait with a 13 month old & the staff was unhelpful and not friendly in every way possible. Again the results were negative. We finally got into see a specialist he took a 3rd set of X-rays and immediately said my son had a toddler fracture. Because of the incompetence of Floyd my son had a broken leg & may have permanent damage to his leg as it was not correctly treated. Not to mention the difficulty working with the staff...it was almost impossible to get the X-rays to take to the specialist as the staff would not cooperate. These are X-rays that I paid hundreds of dollars for that were rightfully mine according to the specialist. (Unfortunately if they had not be read incorrectly the first two times I would not have had to "bother" the staff in getting them.) I have tried to send a letter of complaint and forgiving the bill for the second set of X-rays, but the billing department has proven to be difficult to work with as well. They lost my letter explaining the situation 3 times. One time I drove to the hospital and hand delivered it to the billing department. The woman assured me it would be scanned into the computer. The other 2 times I faxed it and it mysteriously was not received. We have had a horrible experience with every person we have worked with at Floyd.
