Corrupt. Works closely with several counties to be call apon when need for "railroad". Do not trust confidentiality, or advice. First hand knowledge of Priors collusion with judges, DA, deputies and social workers. Dimiss him if he is appointed, and do not pay retainer cause he will over charge.
