Yellow Cab

Do not use this cab service - they don't have any idea what a wheelchair transport means.

So I come to a new city and need a ride, automatically look for a yellow taxi, car was 15 minutes late, looked nice black sedan from the outside. But inside smelled, ac was broken, and driver smelled bad!!!!! Never ever again!!!!

What a great service. Thank you Yellow Cab for treating myself and family with such respect and dignity. I will alway's recomend your wonderful company to all my friends and family.

Cab was right on time, but the car stank so bad that I'm miserable. My hair and clothes reek. The ride was more expensive than I expected. My destination (a medical clinic) did not jive with their GPS, so I am lucky I knew how to get here.

I called the company to see if they had a van and could accommodate a group of 7 and the reply was yes we can be there in 45 min. The cab showed up right on time but w a sedan that could only hold 4. I called and the person I spoke to claimed I had never asked such a question and just gave an address and a time. Very disappointed with the service I received.

I'm in a wheelchair, this company needs to stick with providing cab service and not the kind of service i desire. Totally disapointed,driver was rude,could not understand his tone..will not ever use this company again.

Yellow Cab of Sarasota is by far the best taxi company I have ever used in my life. As a senior citizen Yellow Cab makes my travel a delight to the highest standards. The driver's even bring my groceries into my house for me. The owner A.J. Capaccione, is just an all around great person and I would recomend his company to anyone. Great overall staff from the top to the bottom!
