This is the best taxi cab service we ever used they was on time and we made our flight the cab driver was here 10 minutes before our reservation

Supposed to pick me up at 4 to go to a wedding and he never showed up!! I think he should just stick to running the gas stations and slurpy machines and give up the taxi business!!

Called around 4:30pm on a Tuesday evening and no one picks up...

After calling and stating we needed a cab (for very important business clients) at our destination within the next 20-30 minutes, they stated they would be here in 20. After 30 mins, I called back the driver then stated it would be an additional 7-8. 15 minutes later he called back saying he couldn't find us (even after I provided the address and he verified that he knew where we were).



5 minutes later, I called back (as a courtesy to the cab company) to indicate our clients had found another means of transportation and we need to cancel the ride. Only a subtle muttering under the drivers breath could be heard and then a dial tone.
