Worst customer service at Wrich Air ever- DO NOT USE THEM! Very rude staff and totally unprofessional. Cancelled appointment at very last minute when I had made arrangements for someone to be home on that day!

Fast, affordable, and friendly! I was very impressed.

The AC went out on my rental property, I called another company first who quoted me $1800, I called Dave for a second opinion, he sent a tech round and had the problem fixed in a few hours for less than $400.

Last night I came home after work to find that my air conditioning was broken. It was sweltering!!! I have a one year old so I knew I needed to get it fixed right away. I didnt know if anyone would be able to come out the same night, it was already 6pm. I called Wrich Air and Dave said he would send out a tech right away. To my surprise there was a tech knocking at my door 30 min later. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to find the problem and keep me updated as to what he was doing. By 9pm my air was working and my house was cold. I was so relieved. And the price....was very affordable, even to me, a single mother. Wrich Air is a life saver, I am so happy they were able to help me out so quickly in my time of need. I would recommend Wrich Air to Everyone. Thank you so much!!!!

Dave showed up on time for our appointment. I told him my problem and he knew exactly how to fix it. He is such a nice guy and he really knew what he was doing. My air works fabulous now! Thank you so much Dave. I would strongly recommend this company.
