Willoughby Appliance Repair

This is NOT a real company! Charged my credit card, after they said they didn't and never got any service. Called the number listed because the address said they were right up the street from my home for a repair on my ice maker. The polite woman on the phone booked my appointment, took a deposit on m credit card and said the repair man would call when he was on his way. 45 min before my scheduled appointment I received a call saying there were no technicians that worked in my area....I live in Willoughby and the name of the business is Willoughby Appliancevrepair and is located on Erie street? When I called them back I was told there is no location on Erie street and the woman answering the phone said she was from an answering service paid to take calls from the number listed in the phone book. She very reluctantly gave me a customer service number and when I called, found out the company is actually is in Tempe Arizona and that they never charged my card ...which they did. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on. When I called back, anther rep said again I was never charged and that whomever I spoke with before needed more training and promptly hung up as well. Giving local business a bad name...from another state. Still trying to get deposit refunded for service never received from a business FALSLY advertised as being in my neighborhood.
