WHITEHEAD'S AFFORDABLE TREE SERVICE

My husband and I were VERY Disappointed in this service. I do NOT recommend them.



We were OVER CHARGED and Under Delivered on Services.



They charged us for being on a skid loader for 8 hours a day when they were Barely on the skid loader for 5 hours per day… They spent more time driving firewood off to go sell it for themselves, than actually removing tree stumps as they had promised. Or they were fixing their truck or skid loader or other equipment.



Unless the owner was there, his son didn't work- just took a thousand cigarette breaks. Needless to say, there are cigarette butts all over our driveway.



They decided to start a Fire on our property with WET LEAVES which ended up in having the Fire Department come out to put out the fire. Why they thought burning wet leaves was a good idea, I am not sure. Not to mention, the fire department had to come BACK out that evening because the embers started burning up the property again.



I would Not recommend them. Call someone else.



Charged us for THOUSANDS more than they originally quoted us. And we were left with empty pockets and an unfinished property.



Also, this is a FALSE Statement:

"DON'T GET COMPENSATED UNTIL THE JOB IS DONE TO THE CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION…."



They came asking for money every few days- they didn't wait for compensation until the job was finished.

These guys are great...very courteous and very on the spot...highly recommended and good references
