My wife and I had been planning our wedding in 2011 and the establishment recommended her for our cake, she acted like she was listening and writing down all the notes, well she said she could do the filling we requested (strawberry mint) we were very adamant about the filling being that flavor as it was what found was a great taste combination. she listened about the look of the cake. but that's about it. the cake itself tasted way too sweet with the buttercream filling(not what we requested) and he fondant was too hard so in my opinion I wouldn't use her if we did it again, even if it was free. she also was rude to my inlaws after they called her to ask about the filling she said I have nothing in my notes about that.... (well thats beause she didn't write it down after we discussed it a lot)
