Waltham Appliance Service

My oven isn't working that's why I called Waltham Appliance Service, to schedule an appointment. First, the guy who answered my call wasn't welcoming at all. I felt that he wanted to hang up from the first min. Second, when I explained to him what is the problem, he told me we will be in Cambridge tomorrow!! Did I called you to tell me you are coming to Cambridge tomorrow!!! what a F***!!! When I asked him to send me a technician, he didn't asked when I would like him to come! He said we are available bla bla. I told him no it doesn't fit me because I work he said ok!!! ok!! What !!

These people doesn't care about business. So, tell me why did you open you company if you don't like customers! or Do you think it is only you who can fix the stuff !!!! Sir, I would rather to pay more with a better customer service and a better quality. This company is not recommended for anyone at all.
