Walmart Neighborhood Market

I was excited when Walmart Neighborhood Market decided to build a location near me. However, ever since it's opening, I've received nothing but the worse service ever. They are constantly out of stock on the milk I buy, no one ever says Hi or offer help, and the cashiers are hardly professional when I check out; they constantly speak in Spanish to one another which I can't understand! Last time I tried to exchange something, it took 3 people to do it and that's not the worst part. They kept asking me if it was WIC when I had my receipt and payment type on the bottom. They made me feel like I stole something or I was doing something wrong. It's the worst place to go I'd rather go to a super center before ever going back there again. The managers in that store have absolutely no clue what customer service is because every single time I requested for their help in these situations I was left feeling worse than when I was dealing with the regular staff!
