Did any of you guys even get your money yet? I worked for him about four days and he'd give us a 20- here and there if we were broke, he still owes me money from a job he charged the nicest old lady I've ever met 7 grand to spread mulch, plant bushes, and lay down some brick pavers. I want my rightfully owed money bill, no matter how I HAVE to get it.

Hey Bill. Its Pat. I worked for you two days last week. You promised to give me my money on Friday. U were a no show. I called u again on Saturday and u stated you would bring my money to me. U again were a no show. I called you again on Sunday all day long. You knew it was me calling you and you never picked up. You also never returned my voice mail. I worked for you for two days last week. Dropping trees down. You know damn well. I am a hard worker and do my job good. I have worked for you before on call and if I was free. I helped you out on some jobs. Its now three days past when you stated you would pay me. Friday, Saturday adn Sunday have come and gone. Why wont you pay me the money you owe me. I did the job. You always tell me you like my work and that Im a hard worker. You know darn well. I need the money. This is what you do to me?!! I will call again on Monday Morning again. Im sick of having to beg for the money you owe me. Please make right on what you have promised and give me my money. This is so not right Bill.

I would like to state that this business meaning the owner W J Henninger. Does not pay his employees. There are two of us as of 12/2013. We have worked for this man many times. On call when he needs us. We put in a full weeks of work. We are supposed to get our checks on that Friday. He never has our checks ready at all. We call and call him leading into two weeks of not working and still waiting for the week we did work to get our checks. He promises to give them to us. He just dosent pay his employees as he promises. We were both told he will bring our checks by to us on a certain day. Yet that day and others has come and gone. Now he wont even answer the phone to us at all. We are both owed about 400 buck each. Its only a few days before Christmas and we both called again today. He is ignoring both of us. Neither one of us will ever work for him again. Cutting trees is a rough job to do. We both are experienced in tree removal and we do our jobs to the fullest. I think everyone out there needs to know. Future employees and customers. He takes you money but he wont pay his good working employees at all. Myself and the other man are thinking of going to the courts and filing a complain against this man . Beware people!!
