        Overall

        Sent a lamp post with a defect in the top--warped on two sides. Didn't notice at first. Sent them pics, etc. Was only looking for 10% or so off for the trouble. Told me I should have inspected it better and to try sanding it. Ridiculous customer service. Will never buy again from them.

        They SUCK! Do not buy anything from them!

        They do NOT stand behind products! They switch products on customers and after blame the customers!



        RUN AROUND FROM OFFICE STAFF AND NO CALL BACKS AS PROMISED!

        NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTATED AT ALL!



        STAY AWAY, LOOK ELSEWHERE!
